UNFUCKING REAL

sng bubble 4 people left im big stack with over 5k. The other three all have between 2300 and 2900. Folds to me in sb I shove 99 into the BB who types "whatever" in the chat box and calls off his chips with K9os. THANK YOU TOURIST!! Oh wait theres a K on the flop. Im short stack and a few hands later run AQ into AK pre and I take the bubble. Then moments later in another sng at the 15/30 level Im SB with QQ folds to button who limps, I raise to 180 BB folds button calls, by the river all the chips end up in the middle and my QQ is no good thanks to the tourist who called my raise pre flop with 8d5d and the flop brought two 8's. WHO THE MOTHERFUCK ARE THESE PEOPLE AND HOW CAN THEY CARE SO LITTLE ABOUT PLAYING SO INSANELY BAD??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I vomit chips

Playing like garbage in the 2/4 game. I start every session fast up 5 to 10 BB then bleed chips. finished today +3.5 BB plus a win in a 4 person $10+1 heads up sng. +$44 for the day $274 away from my goal for the week. I might need to stop playing the 2/4 game until I have studied more and play 1/2 for a while. Im playing fine pre flop and with the huge post flop hands but thats the easy part. I need to get better at playing the hands that dont play themselves.

The other side of limit hold em

Today was my first losing day since beginning this run and the odd thing about it is that I felt like it was the first day that I actually played very well. I got a very nice dose of the typical limit hold em suck outs inlcluding see one guy play a hand as bad as it could have possibly been played. I was able to hold my tilt in check for the most part by taking a 10 min tilt break and then ripping a sock in half. The sock didnt even have any wear or holes so it was quite a feat of brute strength. I was dealt pocket QQ for the fourth time in 2 hours and it finally held up towards the end of the session to help me limp to the finish line with a $52 loss on the day. I would post some interesting hands on here but when I copy and paste into this blog it mashes the hh together into an unreadable mess.

Update

Up a lil over $300 since wednesday. Not playing great but just well enough to get by. Today was the 2nd day in a row of less than $20 profit but + is better -. The main thing I need to work on is the tilt factor which is so huge in these limit ring games. My plan for the coming week is to play only 10+1 9 handed sng and 2/4 full ring limit. My goal is to have a $250 profit week.

Riding the waves

I would grade my play lately at about a D but I have had moments of absolute clear headed top level play. It feels great calling a maniac down in the 2/4 limit game with just A high and knowing your good, or deep in a tournament calling a pot sized bet on the river with just middle pair weak kicker when I know the guy missed his draw and is just trying to pull a Moneymaker. Last night was ROUGH, at one point I was down over $400 then climbed back and caught a few breaks to finish the night with a HUGE $12 profit. I need to find some way to gain better control over my emotions.
